AUG 10
We will be playing at the Valve [formerly “the
Harp”] at Tempe on 27 Aug, opening night of
Rubicon, a new monthly club. Empty will be
supporting.
Nitrous NEO is ready to go and can be
downloaded fromthe XTRAS page. The other
Nitrous synths also have revamped GUIs, to go
with the look of this one, but are sonically
identical to the previous versions. It completes
the three individual Nitrous synths. TriNitrous
will be available on our new album, later in the
year.
JUN 10
You can find a medley of the intros to some of
the new songs on our MySpace page, just to give
you a taste of what we have been working on.
MAR 10
Work continues on the new album. The track
list is pretty much decided and lyrics are being
written [slowly].
JAN 10
After talking with our label/management, we
are confident that our next album will go
ahead. If we can manage to get onto any of the
European summer festivals, we will have it
ready for that timeframe.
More news on the Nitrous Project - we have
invented a new kind of modulation source,
which we have called RARP. It has been added
to NitrousPM and also to NitrousPD. Both can
be downloaded from the XTRAS page.
"Each track has the effect of a stroke with a
sledgehammer... The songs are gripping and have a
firm cyberpunk approach.”
Album of the Month at Gothtronic.com
“Novakill sounds clear, warm, compact and
impressive. It's definitely one of THE releases this
year!
... The quality of Novakill's new record is undeniable.
Well done, and a must have for everyone who loves
good, electronic music.”
CD Review from side-line.com
“If you look for ass-kicking Electro tracks with a
pinch of Industrial sounds and offering generous
extras, you will be well-advised to buy this album.”
CD Review from Reflections of Darkness
"...scattered shards of actual melody and a punk
rock edge that adds color and texture to the thud-
ding jackboot beats and oppressive wool blankets of
synthesizer"
CD Review by Rick Anderson - All Music Guide
"... one of the year's top debuts from a band
that deserve to be massive."
